SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
We dispatch all orders directly from our Karachi warehouse located in Gulshan Iqbal, Karachi.
Domestic Shipping
Standard Free Delivery: Orders are shipped via Rider with tracking. Delivery typically takes 4-6 working days.
Express Delivery: Orders are shipped via Rider with tracking. Delivery usually takes 1-4 working days. Please refer to the checkout page for cost details.
International Shipping
Please note that international orders may take longer than domestic ones due to customs clearance and distance. We kindly ask our international customers to allow 5-10 working days for their orders to arrive.
Failed Delivery
If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer, an absent receiver, or if the package is refused, it will be returned to the sender (Rinches) at the customer’s expense. This cost includes the shipping fees and any duties or taxes incurred, which will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
Items Marked as Delivered but Not Received
Please note that we do not provide refunds or replacements for items marked as delivered by the courier. For this reason, we strongly recommend having your items delivered to a secure and reliable address.
Returns & Refunds
Our return and refund policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
To initiate your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
APPLY FOR A RETURN/EXCHANGE
Certain situations may result in partial refunds:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed through Online Banking, our moderators will guide you with necessary details.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your bank, as processing times may delay the posting of refunds.
If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at contact@rinches.com or via any of our social media channels.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are not refundable.
Returning Your Product
To return your product, you will need to ship it to the address provided in the email we send you.
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For returns, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
