All Rinches pieces are covered by a 14-day official limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. A lifetime color/plating warranty applies only to stainless steel pieces. Materials such as brass, 925 silver, and others are not covered under this warranty.

This warranty covers manufacturing and color/plating defects, excluding damage caused by:

• excessive wear.
• lack of care.

If a defect arises during the warranty period and is deemed by Rinches to be a manufacturer’s defect, please follow the instructions for returning the product.

Rinches will, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, either:

• Repair the product using new or refurbished parts.
• Replace the product with a new equivalent.
• Refund all or part of the purchase price of the product

Rinches has no obligation to repair, replace, or refund until the defective product is returned. A replacement product will not assume the remaining warranty of the original product. When a refund is issued, the returned product becomes Rinches property.

Exclusions and Limitations

This Limited Warranty applies to all pieces manufactured by Rinches. It does not cover damage caused by:

• accident
• abuse
• misuse
• misapplication
• use of non-Rinches products.

Avoid exposing your jewelry to harsh chemicals or environments, as these can alter the appearance of the product. These include, but are not limited to:

• liquid silver polish
• Pools
• Hot tubs
• Saltwater
• Spas

Additionally, avoid sleeping while wearing your jewelry. Please refer to the cleaning and care instructions for further information on caring for and protecting your Rinches piece. Failure to follow these instructions may be considered abuse, misuse, or misapplication.

Limitation of Liability
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES, AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IF RINCHES CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. RINCHES IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. NO RINCHES RETAILER, AGENT, OR EMPLOYEE IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY MODIFICATION, EXTENSION, OR ADDITION TO THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
